Lynn was a gracious and responsive host. Due to its excellent location, my sense is this apartment is heavily rented, and as such needs some Maintenance . We had some problems with this apartment from day one, when we found the water heater not to be working, and the primary bathroom sink backed up . Lynn sent a plumber the next day and refunded us a full night due to this inconvenience which was much appreciated . The building was having some repairs or construction in the lower level of basement, (to the best of our understanding ) — and as such we had very unreliable WiFi internet service. A couple of the days we had no service at all! Again, Lynn did what she could to remedy the situation, bringing another router that didn’t work unfortunately, but we had three people working remote that week which caused a lot of havoc and stress . It was by far the most expensive unit we considered, and as such I wish I could say it was a seamless perfect stay, but alas it was not.

This listing is an absolute gem. The space is fantastic. Perfect for parents and two children. Some things that you don't see very often: A/C in London, a washer/dryer combo + two other dryers and a dishwasher. Location was so perfect for us. Steps to the tube. Easy walking distance to parks, the palace, tons of restaurants, the theater district, really everything.

My family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The three bedroom apartment is luxurious and the central location can not be beat. It is in the heart of Mayfair. Up-scale restaurants (a few Michelin rated a block away) and designer boutiques are just down the street. It is a 5 minute walk to the Ritz and tube access. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The three king size beds a very comfortable and linens are first rate. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the security of the building access and private elevator. With windows closed, the apartment maintains a serene atmosphere. The front living room is on the street side and the three bedrooms face a courtyard, so there is no street noise for the bedrooms. The kitchen is efficient and nicely equipped. Lynn, the host, made check in very easy and her son met us in the flat and gave us a quick tour and handed over the keys. Lynn was prompt in her responses and easy to communicate with.
