I highly recommend Kevin's place and will stay there again. The location makes it very easy to get anywhere in town, plus you can hop on the highway nearby to explore the Niagara region. You can easily walk to the downtown area for the Farmer's Market, excellent restaurants (The Merchant, Trust, Odd Bird), coffee shops and shopping (if you're a donut fan you must go to Beechwood), and the neighbouring streets are full of lovely old houses. Although the apartment is on a busy street, it's not noisy at all. There is lots of natural light so the apartment feels warm and cozy. Beds are comfy and the living room is perfect for relaxing. Kevin was easy to get a hold of and communication was easy. One note - If you don't have your own streaming account you might want to bring books to read as there is no cable and you need your own account to watch anything on the TV.

The place was very nice and near the downtown area. The apartment was super clean, and it was a match to the pictures and description.

The space was very clean, bright and warm when we arrived. Kevin was very responsive to any questions we had and got back to us within half an hour. It was exactly what we needed as a rendezvous point while visiting family for the holidays. We were happy with our stay!

This is place is perfect for long stays will all amenities and very close to downtown and all the local stores. Kevin was very responsive and always proactive i had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend this if you want to be around downtown st Catherines.
