Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This house is clean and quiet all day long which allows you to have a restful stay. The price is low because it is new listing to attract guests. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedroom and kitchen downstairs. One guest per room. This room is upstairs. The bathroom has sink and shower and is located upstairs on your left as you go up the stairs. This is a quiet house where we respect each other's space, however, we are relaxed and friendly at the same time.

Great place.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Matthew's place. It was relaxing, peaceful and very comfortable, a home away from home experience. I would very much like to stay there again.

It's really nice and lucky to stay here. Mathew is extremely welcoming,thoughful and friendly. He always helps and gives me alot advices to have the best ways. The room was wide, cozy andcomfortable. I sometimes sawvery beautiful sunset through thewindow. The flat was always veryclean and easy to go around.There is a bus stop in front of theflat. Alsoo Janet, was very friendly and helpful.The place is well set up withkitchen supplies to cook and plentyof fridge and freezer space.Beautiful bathroom in a nice andquiet area I highly recommend this flat anddon't miss a chance to stay hereplease!:)

Property is centrally located, between Catford, Bromley and Beckenham, with easy access to public transport to central London and beyond. The bus stop is 5 mins from the property. Please use journey planner on search engine to locate the nearest train station. Message for post code.
