Although we did not meet, Catherine was a lovely host who responded in a timely manner and made us feel very welcome. She even allowed us an earlier check in. The surrounding area is beautiful and we were just a short, peaceful walk from our cider tour at Bignose and Beardy (a must if in the area. They had their Tap Night on too that evening so we headed back!). The local pub was excellent, from service to food, and we thoroughly recommend a visit. Catherine's place was clean and tidy and just what we needed for our short stay. The double bed was small. However, this was to be expected in such a 'cosy' place. Cute and comfortable place to stay. We were in the area on a dog training weekend, so to find something as nice as this that allows dogs was just perfect. We weren’t there much but it was easy to park, extremely clean, and very comfortable to relax in and sleep after a busy day outside.

Easy to check in. Lovely place. Very peaceful. The garden was lovely and the dogs enjoyed it. We will definitely be coming back.
