Forget your worries in this spacious and comfortable condo…all the amenities of home in a shared space. Centrally located near RTD and downtown Denver. A cozy south facing private room and bath complete with a queen bed that sleeps 2. Included are soft linens, extra bedding and plenty of pillows. Shared spaces include a large kitchen for cooking, living/dinning area and a sun filled patio for relaxing. Private room and bath in a large 1215 sqft Denver condominium. We open our home to guests in hopes you enjoy the space like we do! We are very clean and considerate and want to be accessible to you as little and or as much as you need. The space is located on the second floor, in a large condo community. It has beautiful natural light and plenty of parking in the complex. Its walking distance from green space, parks and trails that will take you into downtown Denver. -1.5 miles from the Yale train station, RTD can take you throughout Denver and or to Union train station. -30 minute drive to Golden CO. -1 hour from Boulder. -27 miles from DIA (Den International Airport) -15 min to Downtown Denver Close to grocery stores including Whole Foods, gas stations, Target and most all modern conveniences. We both enjoy traveling, adventuring, meeting new people and sharing experiences in new places!

Heather’s place is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! Heather was a wonderful host. Her place was such a great price for its accessibility to Denver attractions. In addition to a beautifully decorated space, she had it well stocked with coffee and snacks and toiletries. She knew I was vegan and even had vegan snacks and creamer on hand! Great stay. I will stay here again next time I visit!
Heather and Justin were absolutely amazing. I came to Denver to celebrate my birthday and when I arrived to this beautiful place, there were some delicious treats, to help me get my celebration started. They were excellent at communicating with me, especially about taking the train, from the airport. Everything was so clean and aesthetically pleasing to me. They were super friendly and nice. I really enjoyed our conversations. I will definitely stay again!

Beautiful interior, very friendly and cooperative host. There was coffee and snacks for us. Extremely clean and comfortable place. The host always helped with questions and everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!
