This air bnb was perfect for our large group! There are four rooms, two of them having bunk beds. All linens were clean and cozy and there were plenty of towels. This house is ON the beach. I appreciated the board games, books, TVs and beach items provided. Super friendly, responsive and accommodating hosts!

Gorgeous house in the most prime location! The views were spectacular and all the amenities were available to us. Incredibly comfortable beds. The access to the beach is unbeatable but also the location itself is away from the craziness of the beach where people are piled on top of one another with cars driving on the beach, but this spot does not allow cars and it feels very safe and a lot less people invading your space. By far the best place in Surfside! We can’t wait to come back.

Gina’s place was perfect for my 60th birthday celebration! Everything was so thoughtfully laid out. There were plenty of towels, and even though we didn’t use them, they had these adorable little mats that you could take down to the beach. The location was amazing! There was a fire pit outside that lit up on the first try. There was also a barbecue pit that we were able to use to grill our dinners. The open floor plan was perfect. We had actually stayed in the house across the street in October when they were totally renovating this house, we did not realize that we were booking the house across from the house where we had stayed previously. They spared no cost on the remodel and everything just felt like Home.

Great stay right on the beach. Only one immediate neighbor. Plenty of parking. Great kitchen. Very responsive hosts!

The home was clean and welcoming. Gina and Alan were very responsive to all my questions. It is right on the beach as listed making it easy with children and pets. Had all the necessities to cook/prepare meals.
