PROS: The house was very big and spacious enough for our party of 9 (3 couples plus some singles) and we still had an extra room!Could have realistically fit 11 people. The house has 2 kitchens with 2 fridges which was great for lots of drinks and snacks. The ping pong table was lots of fun and the pool was a necessity to get out of the heat. Very clean house. Jay was very responsive and very helpful. Enough parking for 3-4 cars. CONS: The front and backyard were trashed. The Airbnb states no smoking, yet the front and backyards were full of cigarette buds. Backyard had old pool equipment and random trash. Overgrown plants and trash ruined a beautiful corner with a bench. House has more potential. There's an old retractable awning that's just left to shreds. Only 2 rooms had working remotes to the ceiling the rest had no batteries. Only one bathroom could have hot water at a time when showering. Heated pool was extra 126/night. No trash cans in bathrooms. Laundry room very dirty.

Not far from the strip at all. You could actually see the strip from the Main Street leading into the neighborhood. Also right next to a target and Walmart. House is huge. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The only problem I had was that the pool wasnt cleaned and it was a bummer because that was one of the major reasons why we booked this spot. But I contacted jay our host and he sent over his pool guy first thing in the morning. Jay is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns you have. He is a great host. Would definitely consider re-renting. Thanks Jay!

The place was exactly as described. Very spacious and had more than enough amenities for our big group of 8. Lots of parking space up front as well! Close to K-town and about 15 minutes from the Strip.
