Our well maintained townhouse is ideal for short breaks in the delightful village of Manly on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast, or for longer term stays when you want easy care accommodation in a convenient location. You have use of the entire 90sqm one level property, which offers generous open-plan living and a modern kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom, with separate wc. Washing machine and tumble drier are located in the walk-through laundry, with a small drying line at the back of the house (accessed via the garage). Ironing board and iron, and inside drying rack are also at the property. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and full dishwasher, and you’re welcome to use any of the pantry and bathroom items at the property. The heat pump in the living room will keep you cosy in the winter and cool in summer, as you play one of our family favourite board games, catch up on a much-loved movie, or plan your next adventure in our piece of paradise. The small sunny north-facing courtyard with table and chairs is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee. Or maybe you prefer the very short stroll to take your pick of the village cafes. The house is conveniently located a short walk from two stunning beaches and playgrounds to keep the kids entertained, the village restaurants and shops are just around the corner, and you have a choice of bus stops to connect you to Silverdale and further afield. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the other has Twin beds (can be configured as a second Double if required). One off street parking space is available, although we recommend larger vehicles park on the road. Towels (including beach towels) and bed linen are provided.

Sian was prompt with communication and provided helpful information prior to our trip. The house was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer given the weather and the kids appreciated the chocolate and thoughtful card left. We would stay again.
Staying at Sian's place was a pleasure as it fitted all my needs with amenities in the home, and location for my purpose of staying in that specific neighbourhood. The hosts were particularly helpful with any requests I had and prompt in their response. The only disadvantage of location was the narrow driveway and tight space for parking near the house, so I chose to park on the street. A quiet neighbourhood in spite of the intense "Fill in" dwellings.
Wow, my family and I had an absolutely amazing time during our stay! The house was so cosy and welcoming! And, it was sparkling clean, making us feel right at home. Every appliance worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during our stay. The kitchen was fantastic! It had everything we needed, including a large fridge freezer to store our meat for the weekend. And, the bedding was perfect for my teenagers who needed to sleep in separate beds. The home provided everything we needed! The location was simply perfect! We were close to both the shopping centre and beautiful beaches, making our weekend stress-free. And, the host was absolutely terrific! The welcome card and biscuit were so heartwarming. My family and I read it together, and it set the tone for us, making us feel affirmed that we would have a great time. Thank you so much, Sian! We really appreciate everything and are already looking forward to visiting again. If it's available next time!
Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Short walk to the local shops and restaurants which was great. Sian was a great host, instructions to get in were clear, and appreciated the little treat on arrival. Would highly recommend. Thank you Sian

The nearest bus stops are on Whangaparaoa Rd, just south of the village. Buses run along the peninsula, from Gulf Harbour to Silverdale.
