The house is super clean, tidy and comfortable. The bedroom has a minimal list style but you will feel right at home.

I needed a room only for the night until a work conference started the following day. Yong’s house was very clean. He had signs in the bathroom reminding guests to clean up any hair, which I really appreciated! Getting in and out was easy. My room was spotless and the other guests were quiet and respectful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I did ruin a bath towel and wash cloth as I had some art supplies spill in my bag. We handled it quickly and efficiently. Thanks for a great stay!

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Right across the road of the community is the University of North Texas. Coffee shop and restaurants can be found at the entry of the community.
The house is close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and many great attractions. It is 14 minutes drive to the Star in Frisco, 9 minutes away from Omni PGA resort , 8 minutes to future Universal Studio Frisco, 10 minutes to Frisco Athletic Center, 6 minutes to Dallas North Tollway, and 30 minutes to DFW airport.
