There is no way to see how cool this place is from a few pictures. The structure was completely quirky and fascinating: five floors with a tight landing and steep staircase in between each floor, but a friendly, fun and reliable glass elevator should you choose not to walk from floor to floor. (I’m an old man, and so I primarily used the elevator.) Each room on each floor was perfectly set up. The bathrooms were pristine and very usable. The kitchen was very functional, well set up and supplied. The terrace on the top floor was a lovely setting for our home meals, open to the outside but with a roof for rain protection (which, thankfully, we didn’t need). And the location!!! It’s right in the heart of the old city, the area suffused with charm, whichever way you walked. This was an unexpectedly memorable place to stay, and I would eagerly recommend it to any family traveling in the area.

Great location next to old town. Sebastiano was super responsive and helpful. Gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations. We loved the roof top too! The house is a house not a flat with an internal lift which is an experience that my kids loved. Tho would not recommend if you have little kids as stairs quite steep without a railing. Thanks for having us. We had a great time.

A fully renovated, very stylish 5 levels townhouse with internal elevator and a lovely private balcony on the top floor. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, milk and biscuits which was wonderful for a quick bite before breakfast outside. The only issue we had was that the basic floor was under the street with a top window and no A/C (all other floors are fully airconditioned). This forced us to sleep with an open window and the street noise woke us in the morning. Location is fantastic in the historical center of Bari and you could walk everywhere with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Sebastiano was very responsive and helpful, he arranged for us to store our luggage next door for free!
