It faces south-west-north, offering plenty of natural light and a unique view of Vancouver's iconic skyline, North Shore mountains, and the Burrard Inlet. Conveniently all located within minutes walking distance, you'll find: BC Place, Rogers Arena, Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain Station, Cineplex Movie Theatre, Parq Casino, International Village Mall, T&T Supermarket, Costco, Rexall Drugstore, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven. The building is fully secure with fob access and a roaming concierge/security. The condo is situated on a corner unit that provides almost 1000 sqft of spacious living area. Two secured parking stalls are included (upon request), and additional charged public parking stalls are available on-site. Metered street parking is also available nearby. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is generously sized and comfortable, featuring a Queen-sized bed and ample closet space. It has an en-suite bathroom with a convenient bathtub/shower combination. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and fresh towels are provided. Secondary Bedroom: The secondary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a large closet for your belongings. The second bathroom features a spacious standing tub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and fresh towels are provided. The Living Room: The living room is equipped with a 65in LG smart TV, allowing access to the web (Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus, etc.) for your entertainment. You can sign into your Netflix or Amazon Video accounts if desired (we have FREE Disney Plus). Additional Beds: Our pullout sofa bed is a QUEEN SIZE that can comfortably sleep 2 adults. Bed sheets, pillows, and blankets for the sofa bed are provided in the master bedroom closet. If your group is over 6 people, our self-inflating air bed is also QUEEN SIZE that can comfortably sleep 2 adults. The air mattress is located in the closet. Bed sheets, covers, and duvet are provided. Laundry Room: The laundry room includes an en-suite washer and dryer, along with detergent. Additionally, a small ironing board and clothes iron are available for your use. Full Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner electric stove, oven, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, cooking utensils, dinnerware, wine glasses, wine cooler, and a hot water kettle.
