Ich war sehr Zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt bei Kaspars. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und ist mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Gegend selber ist ruhig, so dass man nachts nicht durch laute Geräusche gestört wird. Kaspars selber ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber! Er war immer erreichbar und reagierte schnell auf Fragen. Es gibt nichts über das ich mich beschweren könnte und ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich guten Herzens empfehlen.

Location is excellent if you have a car. Though, even with public transport it’s easy to reach many places in Riga as the place is just opposite to the entry to end stop for many busses. Ground floor. morning sun in the room was a beautiful start of the day. Private parking in the front of the house. Some construction around the house are on the finishing line. I faced some difficulties with humidity in the apartment as the ventilation was not working as it should have in the shower which doesn’t have a door as such. So the humidity is in the apartment everywhere and I had only one window as only one room was open for me. Kitchen has no window as well. So any smell you have from cooking will go through the rooms. Toilet has a window under construction, impossible to open. I liked the fact that Kaspars tried to solve my troubles. First, I needed to move the furniture for my yoga and second he put up a mosquito net on the room window, so I could keep the window open all the time.
