Sehr schöne und helle Unterkunft. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar schön. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen für eine längere Zeit.

The house is rather a cottage with very authentic experience if you want to understand how the local people love and work. Due to its opened nature, you need to count with occasional spiders, ants, mice, lizards, etc. Not many mosquitos though. This may be rough. The building and the interior is very shaky, not built by professionals (water is dropping inside here and there, the wood is not processed, etc.). Occassional power outage (common on the island) when even the electricity does not work and the wifi (buy your local sim with data if you are dependent on the internet). French press available for coffee. Very basic amenities. No place to sit with your computer. It is a good idea to take a powerbank for computer. Not suitable for remote work but as a holiday experience for a week,why not. Do not accept offer for laundry. The owner rents out several cottages, we recommend the Mawo house where we stayed part of our stay (that one has access to beach and more pleasant ventilation).

Firstly this place is exactly as described, the views, the furniture and amenities are amazing. it was private with a view of the ocean and the small island, and so much space in the room with beautiful carpentry. Yves was super responsive and Nick the manager spoke English and helped with everything from checkin, recommendations and food made and delivered to the door. The architecture allows for wind and breeze to move through the space, and there are insects - ants, mosquitos, spiders, etc. around at night but that's part of the space. the drive in can be difficult to find as it is between two walls and it is a stoned path through a village. it can be difficult to drive if not use to the terrain.
