This place was clean & the photos perfectly matched my experience, but I am reluctant to endorse this place. This location has had the most draconian cancellation of any policy I have ever encountered at any US or EU or Turkish AirBnB I have ever stayed at. I had originally booked the place for 4 nights, but when, three whole months before my trip my work schedule changed & I had to change my vacation from 4 nights to 3, the host only refunded 50% of the cancelled night. Now I think policy of 50% refund if I had canceled one day or even one week before would be eminently reasonable. However, a refusal to issue a full refund, or even say 80% or 90% when the booking was not cancelled in its entirety, but simply reduced by a day & the request was months in advance I think is petty terrible policy. While this policy is visible on the site listing, I had hoped given that my alternation had been so early, they would accommodate. They did not. Caveat emptor!!!

Firstly, the hosts were great! Instructions and communication were precise and very helpful. The Chic Bungalow was super cute and comfy! The road noise was a little loud at times, but I slept like an absolute baby, so it did not detract from the stay. The only recommendation I have would to put in a full length mirror if possible - otherwise, everything I could want was provided. Very glad I booked this property!

Miller’s place was a great clean space to go to after enjoying the attractions of Waco. It was walkable and had many things to do near by. Host was responsive and instructions were accurate.
