With room for 2+2 guests, it's just 7 min from the nearest beach, and 5 min walk to small supermarker. Enjoy big balcony with beautifull sea oversight, one bedroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free on-premis parking. Explore the famous Zrce beach with quick bus ride from the station, just 5 min away. Relax and rejuvenate during your stay at our beautiful Novalja apartment. The apartment itself is a newbuild and stylish, measuring approximately 47 m2. It features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living room, a shower/toilet, and one bedroom with King size bed. Stay cool and comfortable with our air conditioning and enjoy the flat rate WIFI and smart TV with satellite programs in the living room. Outside, you can relax on big balcony with a sitting set and enjoy sea view, with many of island around, while taking the fresh sea air, or drinking a cup of caffe. Our apartment includes free private parking spot in front of the building, so you can easily come and go as you please.

The apartment is really up to its pictures, it’s new and modern and has got a beautiful huge balcony with view of the ocean. It was really easy to get in and you felt right at home. The equipment mentioned is correct and brand new. The whole apartment smelled and looked clean. It’s really nice that you get a free parking spot and you can leave whenever you like and still have it when you come back. The location of the apartment is great - about a 10 minute walk to the city and also to the closest beach. You can also drive up to nicer beaches with your car. The kitchen in beautiful and almost untouched, so you can cook all you want and you don’t have to worry about the dishes because there is a dishwasher. The living room is also great with great TV to watch. Like the other rooms, the bedroom and bathroom are no exceptions and are modern, clean and really comfortable. I recommend the place to everyone who is nice and likes to take care of places like they are their own! 😊
