Along the Humber River, trails and green spaces include Etienne Brulé Park, popular for watching the salmon run in fall, and James Gardens, with floral blooms and a duck pond. Stretch out and relax on your private sundeck, or enjoy a meal around the outdoor covered dining table. This 2 level home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed, and can accommodate up to 6 guest at a time. 2 of the 3 bedrooms feature dedicated laptop friendly workstations, and complimentary wifi is included. Great and clean stay, close to everything downtown! Would stay again!
I really appreciate Anh Quyen for hosting us, however there were a few things left to be desired by myself and for the guests that were with me. The “smart” TV was not connect by any means. We had to spend 1.5 hours to figure out and connect our own TV accounts that wasn’t set up before hand. There was literally nothing set up. Couldn’t event get Cable TV/or anything. We literally had a black/white fuzzy screen the entire time until we maneuvered how to fix it. It was like the TV was put on & left, no “smart” tv/ Amazon Fire Stick or anything for a place that claimed it was “smart” TV. That was crazy! The electric cable inputs are in weird spots all over the house or in certain spots. We were only given 1 extension cord to remedy this inconvenience that was truly absurd given where the outlets were. The entertainment area is lacking for the amount of people if serves in regards to “4 people”. We had to share the bench and stools. I would not recommend to a friend for a good experience.
Had everything we needed!
We enjoyed this newly renovated house, which had many plush towels and clean and comfortable beds. The house had everything we needed and the back patio was a lovely place to relax. The stove did malfunction with an irritating noise at many times and despite the host being notified and promising to come by, no one ever came by to repair it. Perhaps they have repaired this for future guests. Besides that, the house was perfect for our needs.
The house has a very nice kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice.
