My wife and I loved Andres's place! it was cozy, the bed was supercomfortable, and Andres was very friendly and helpful in recommending local restaurants. The Perc's coffee shop, 1 block away, was wonderful! We will definitely try to stay at Andres' next time we are in the area!

Andres fue un excelente anfitrión. La casa queda algo alejada del centro, pero si estás con auto o te gusta caminar es muy bueno. El barrio es muy tranquilo. Andres estaba muy pendiente de nuestra llegada y fue muy amable. Nos alojamos con nuestra bebé de 6 meses y fue muy agradable, incluso compartimos una cena conversando. 100% volvería a ir.

A great base from which you can head downtown. Most would choose to Uber to/from but after a heavy meal we were quite content to walk back during the day, maybe took 20min. Coffee shop around the corner was good. Hipster kind of area. Wish there was a little more ethnic diversity but little we can do about that.

Our stay with Andres was great! He is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from downtown and all the sights to see. Andres was always quick to respond and he has a super cute kitty also!! Would definitely stay again if in the area again.

Loved the location and easy parking and Andre’s was a great host. Looking forward to coming back and hopefully staying at his place again.
