Freshly decorated single room, within our home. Hosts for 5 years now & wanting to continue to offer a clean affordable safe place for people to stay. Freshly decorated with new bed & furniture. A shared bathroom (which is cleaned regularly) Hosts who know the area & can offer advice & knowledge. Central location meaning close to the town centre & travel links. Walking distance to the train station, town, centre, shops & pubs. Our smaller guest room available for a single guest. The room is small but has tv for the guest to feel at home. Guests can venture round the house & make food, heat food or drinks in our kitchen. Be aware you might be expected to hug my cockapoo Cookie.

Good to go back. The steps up to the house are challenging as you get older. But good exercise. All went well. will go again
Good and convenient place to stay.
I stayed in the single bedroom. I just stayed for the night so it was convenient for what was required. bathroom could maybe do with a mop so I could clean up after other guests shower on the floor. bedding and towel washed. driveway is very steep so would recommend driving forward unless your car likes driving backwards up steep hills lol. lovely host. would go again! I didn't cook anything so unsure if that's allowed

Beautiful area, close to pitcheroak woods, and golf club, only a stones throw from the town centre, train station, bus station, pubs, clubs & restaurants.
A few 100 meters from Pitcheroak golf club, a few minutes away from abbey golf club, Abbey stadium, arrow valley country park & lake, forge mill museum & abbey.
15 minutes from coughton court, National trust, 20 minutes from hanbury hall, National trust. 30 minutes from both Birmingham of Stratford Upon Avon.
Lots of reliably taxis, bus station not far away, train station just over the road. Redditch is a small area & if you like to walk it doesn’t take long to get anywhere by foot.

I am a professional worker, working as a specialist lawyer and Nathan is a groundskeeper, we have decided to make use of our spare bedroom. We work during the week and have interests in travel, fitness and baking. We are respectful of other people and will interact with you as much or as little as you prefer. We have a little dog. She s very friendly but well behaved. She does not have access to the room that we let out or the bathroom.
