Fully remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath Home with spectacular views overlooking Kerrville. This 2 story home features a brand new 7 person Master Spa Hot Tub, game room for the kids, and large covered deck with one of the best views in town. This is a two story house with the main living area on the second floor, being able to climb stairs is necessary. The driveway is steep, but this only adds to the remarkable views from the top deck! No guest cleaning or doing laundry required, enjoy your stay!! The master bedroom is a king bed, with direct access to the back deck. The bedroom across the hall is a queen, there is another room upstairs with a queen bed as well, with direct access to the deck and hot tub. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials. The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a bunk bed, and is next to the game room. The front deck and the view in this house are amazing. We have seating and a wooden swing on the front deck so you can take in the views, and the incredible sunrise!

Lovely stay for me and the team. The boys had a great time playing on the air hockey table and frolicking in the hot tub. The front patio was a perfect place to unwind with a bottle of wine while looking at the scenic hill country. 10/10 would recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. We had a great time exploring Kerrville. Candice's home was as advertised. Beautiful inside and out. Very clean, with great views and very close from downtown, restaurants, supermarket and a park by the river! Also 10 minutes away from The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden!! A must see! We'll definitely come back. Thanks Candice.
We enjoyed our stay at this house and enjoying its beautiful views. It's just a few blocks from downtown, so it's a great launching pad for any downtown events. The house is well-insulated and quiet inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms are clean. Candice is a very good communicator. Five stars!

Our neighborhood is outside the city limits of Kerrville, but still very close and accessible to all amenities. We are 5 minutes from the center of town.
