Really nice place! Just like the photos and even better. Really good places to eat close, a food court etc, Very recommended!

Pictures are accurate, bed mattress comfortable and shower pressure good. Location is good if what you want somewhere away from downtown and a place to get parking (paid). Multiple bus routes and a metro station 12 mins walk away. With a new listing on Airbnb you take the risk of not knowing what you are really going to get whilst staying there apart from seeing the pictures. Stayed 5 nights and on the 2nd day in the morning the toilet broke. I contacted then Mgmt Co and they came in then afternoon to fix it. When I arrived on my first day the bathroom door handle was broken, so this was noticed when they came to fix the toilet and repaired this. However, you still could not lock the door. Other points, which Mgmt Co cannot do anything about. The centralised extraction fan in the bathroom was the loudest I have ever heard and starts after 8am and turns off after 11pm. Also a homeless guy just next to the entrance in the evening (although he always quiet and did not bother me)

Terrific to stay in a self-contained apartment that was secure and private. We felt it lacked basic amenities such as washing powder, coffee, tea, tea cups, bedroom lamp light globes. During our stay, the toilet cistern didn't work. The technician arrived promptly to repair it, but it still didn't work properly after that. The bathroom exhaust fan operated automatically at any time, day or night, and could not be turned off, which was annoying. The apartment is spacious, with a balcony, comfortable bed, and great airflow.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, mit den Bussen gut erreichbar. In der Nähe ist ein toller Foodmarkt. Gerne wieder.
