Being a fairly new Hotel. I rated it a 3. there were some amenitiesthat can be worked on... Room was fairly clean. except for the floors. upon entering the room, and taking off shoes, you could feel that the floor was not swept or mopped. All we could feel was sand. Other than that it's in a great location, walking distance from everything.

The hotel was beautiful, but the cafe was closed in the lobby our entire trip. We had expected to get coffee there every morning since the rooms don’t have a coffee pot. The cleaning staff also didn’t completely clean our room one day and the following day didn’t even bother to come by. The room was huge and spacious however and the staff was mostly friendly. It’s a bit overpriced, but we were close to the beach and boardwalk.

Beware. Not a “Luxury” suite. Check in is a mess. The 2bedroom Suite only had old school wall unit AC for the whole place. No AC in bathrooms kitchen dining or living room!! No extra toilet paper. No Coffee maker they force you to go out and use their skimpy downstairs “cafe” Short staffed so car valet takes awhile. The idly change shifts right at checkin creating a mess 🤷🏻‍♂️ Staff is all new so nothing is smooth. Forgot to give us Pool wrist bands We had no idea we needed them until it’s too late your at the pool and No towels if you don’t have a wristband No where to rinse off after the beach. So you inadvertently track sand to your room. We never got housekeepers only one odd time at 10:30pm a girl who barely spoke English knocked on our door. Yep 10:30 at night for housekeeping! This was by far the worst Airbnb experience in four years. Yes it’s brand new but the cheapest construction cheapest amenities cheapest help. Really a scam. Next time I’ll go back to area old school hotels
