The first level provides you with a 2 car garage (1 small car max inside garage due to beach supplies and golf cart) and a back deck equipped with a gas grill, seating, and an outdoor shower. From the front door, you'll head up the stairs to the bright and airy second level. There is a large living room with two sitting areas, a large sectional sofa and a Smart TV equipped with Spectrum cable and the ability to stream your desired services. Off of the living room is the screened in patio where you can enjoy a meal or just lounge and enjoy the birds chirping and the feeling of being in a tree house! This level also has the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, coffee station, and combined half bath/laundry room. On the third level, you'll find all of your private bedroom and bathroom space. The Master Bedroom is well equipped with a King bed and huge walk in closet. It also has a deck that looks out to the front of the house. You also have two sinks and a walk in shower attached to this room. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, full size closet, and has a lot of natural light. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, a full size closet, and a portable crib that is stored in the closet and can be used if needed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. - Luxurious furnishings throughout, including luxury mattresses in all of the bedrooms that past guests rave about! - 5 min walk to beach (less time if you take the bikes or golf cart) - On-site golf cart available to rent - Beach gear like chairs, wagon, towels, umbrella, boogie boards, toys, and cooler are all included for your use! We keep a 6 seater golf cart in the garage that we offer as a rental for our guests. If you would like to rent it, message me after booking here and I’ll direct you to our website where you can reserve the golf cart. The cost of the golf cart for one week is $588.50 including tax. If you do not rent the golf cart, please note that it will be parked in the garage, but you will not have access to the keys without a valid golf cart rental through us.
