Très bel appartement, semblant rénové récemment, moderne et parfaitement équipé. Il est bien situé, à quelques minutes du Duomo par le tramway, sans les inconvénients de l'hypercentre très fréquenté. Il se trouve dans le quartier très vivant de la porte Ticinese et des Navigli. Nombreux commerces, bar, restaurants à proximité. Les nombreux transports en commun de Milan permettent d'éviter de prendre un véhicule surtout si on arrive par l'aéroport de Linate (12 mn du centre par le Métro). Les lieux étaient dans un état impeccable et l'hôte d'une parfaite disponibilité en dépit d'une arrivée tardive, même si tout peut se faire en autonomie. Je recommande donc chaleureusement ce logement.

Ludovica was a fantastic host, she always answered within minutes and really made sure that we feel comfortable and had everything we needed! The flat was as described and super clean! You got plenty of restaurants and bars close to the appartment and after a 30min walk along shops, markets etc you are already in the center! I will definitely book this flat again once I‘m back in Milan!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It’s light and thoughtfully designed and well appointed with quality fittings, everything works properly, it’s very clean, and it was adequately equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. I also really appreciated that there were clearly labelled bins for rubbish and all the different types of recycling - many places don’t take enough care with this. Ludovica was very responsive in her communications and keen to be helpful, and it was easy to find and get in. It’s a quality building with a reliable elevator. The tram which will take you into the centre of the city is just around the corner, there are some interesting restaurants in the back streets nearby, or heaps to choose from in the lively Navigli district just up the street. I also appreciated the little design guidebook in the apartment, which had some different ideas of things to see in Milan. Highly recommended.

This apartment is one of the best places i've ever been in since i joined Airbnb -super clean , tidy ,cozy and quite - high quality of furniture it's luxurious for real 😍 - the host and his daughter were always there to help & assist us . They are really kind and polite . DONT hesitate and book the apartment you will not regret that ..

Ludovica was an incredible host offering this little gem in Milan. Great communication, got back real quick when booking from Australia. Presented perfectly, safety taken into consideration and very modern. Everything about the apartment had style and the little touches were perfect. Accommodation was perfect with awesome locale, so close and easy to get around to local attractions (Duomo, shopping, aperitivo (Camperino), etc) and great places to eat (Gattulo, Al Vechhio Porcho, etc). To get around, Tram pick up and drop off right near front door. Cabs and Ubers always available and cheap to go anywhere from address and get back to after a night out. Great craft brewery around the corner. Will definitely be booking again for next year.
