Good: -Friendly host -Spacious -Clean overall (closets not so much) To be improved: -I overlooked the fact that it didn't have wifi, because I expected it to be standard in 2023. Sad thing is that reception of telecom providers is also bad (read: blind spot) in that area. -Would recommend to replace all the taps. Turning the tap open or close will leave a strong iron smell on your hands -Water strength is rather weak or perhaps it was on eco/ water saving mode -Tap water in kitchen is yellow colored -Living room doesn't have lights -Bedroom doors cannot close fully, because they don't fit -Surrounding feels a bit abandoned/neglected. Perhaps cut some grass and remove branches that hinder the pathway to main entrance.

Both my son and I stayed in this quiet and cozy old school home only a 25 minute drive into Kingston. The host was fantastic in booking us last minute and allowing us to check in late. Beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in all my experience with Airbnb‘s and hotels. Honestly, this mattress was even more comfortable than my own personal one. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit back to Kingston.
