Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay where you can REST and REFRESH with your family, workmates, friends, and relatives. A few minutes walk to 7eleven, market, bus stop, taxi station and subway station (on going construction). Our place is 24/7 secured with security guard on duty and friendly neighbors in a private subdivision. We are happy to connect and serve you. Places nearby: 10mins walk to Subway station (on going construction), 15 mins to Trinoma Mall, SM North Edsa, Novaliches SM City, The townhouse is located at a very convenient area near hospitals, convenient stores, supermarkets, bus station, and taxi bay.

The location is accessible to public transportation. The house is spacious for fam or group of friends, perfect for staycation. The host is very accommodating to our request.

Marvin's place is worth it. very quiet surroundings. His place is clean and he is very reponsive & accomodating to all our questions and requests. Sad that we coudn't stay the night and try the rooms but it looked really promising. Bonus as he has complete untensils and cleaning stuff. will definitely book Marvin's place again.
