Ik kan niet anders beginnen dan meteen vertellen wat voor geweldige mooie huis dit is! De locatie, de tuin en het mooie zwembad. De strand ligt op loopafstand. Wij verbleven hier met onze drie kindjes van 4,3 en 1 jaar oud. Alles was aanwezig babybedje, babybed, opstapje zodat de kinderen naar de wc kunnen en plastic bestek en borden. We hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad. Het is een thuis weg van huis. Het zwembad gedeelte is geweldig om tijd met de kinderen door te brengen en hen te zien spelen. Het huis bood voldoende gelegenheid om samen tijd door te brengen of zich terug te trekken op 1 van de stoelen in de grote woonkamer. Wat de zaken vooral drukvrij maakte is dat je hier de volledige rust beleeft en binnen no time de drukte op loopafstand vind. Adrien is een geweldige gastheer die erg betrokken is bij zijn gasten. En de communicatie met Atika was ook geweldig. Wij komen hier zeker weer terug ergens volgend jaar. Lieve groet, familie Behage.

Using Gojek app location is not as important as it once was. This villa is in a very quiet area. Walking distance from a few great coffee spots and eat street close by in a car. Pool was great, kids loved it.
Good villa in good location. We did have a few issues unfortunately during our first few nights which sadly interrupted our stay, however the host did eventually rectify the main issues. We just wish maintenance was carried out prior as we had staff in and out of the villa without notice, and didn’t feel very private or comfortable due to this. Bathrooms flood when showering, which can feel quite dangerous and inconvenient as it is very slippery and not ideal when going to toilet or to brush teeth as floor is covered in water. Wouldn’t recommend for elderly, or those prone to slipping over… We had some other issues, but hopefully the staff rectified these after our stay as we made them aware of it. Besides these issues communication was good, and staff are very friendly. Villa is peaceful and quiet, with good neighbours. Our experience was somewhere in the middle, but will give benefit of the doubt, and hope improvements are made for future guests experience. Thank you :))

When it's time to unwind and soak up the sun, head to the famous Batu Belig Beach, just a short 10-minute motorcycle ride or 3km away. Feel the soft sand beneath your feet, listen to the gentle waves, and immerse yourself in the tropical beach life that Bali is known for.
With its central location and proximity being the best that Seminyak has to offer, this villa maintains its peaceful ambiance by being situated in a private cul de sac surrounded by other villas and utmost privacy with its secluded entrance lane.
Public transport is not easily available in Bali and pretty unreliable as experienced.
The villa is very strategically located with restaurants, bars, beach spots, and Bali’s nightlife all reachable in minutes.
In general we advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or car if they feel comfortable driving in Bali. We can help to share rental contacts for these if needed.
Other options are to use the Bluebird Taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Go-jek applications to get around at a very low price. In the area of the villa these applications are allowed to operate without a problem. These apps also allow you to order food to the villa within just minutes.
We will help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs.
