Absolutely worse place we have ever stayed at . Everything broken, so much rubbish left behind, dirty underwear and socks in the drawers. The kitchen bin was disgusting and obviously never cleaned. Mould growing in the bathroom/laundry walls. The pillows on the beds were a joke, either like bricks or so thin with no filling whatsoever. All the blinds were broken, some windows had no blinds so everyone in opposite buildings could see straight in and as soon as the sun came up we were all up. I am not one to complain unnecessarily but we were charged an extra $2000 compared to normal weekends because Taylor Swift was playing at the MCG, I would hate for someone else to stay here and experience this. It really needs a complete update and makeover before it is rented out. Airkeeper were responsive and did offer us some money back (after I asked) which they have paid. But when I tried to negotiate for more they stopped replying. Really disappointing weekend!

Location was good but that’s where it ends. When we arrived it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Two air cons not working. Blinds missing/not working. Taps leaking. Doors getting jammed. Needs some serious maintenance. Not worth the price.
