The place was great, clean, even nicer and more spacious than the pictures indicate. You cannot beat the location, it's the most central point of Nis. The Parking was a big plus for me Dimitrije is a great host, experienced and helpful with everything. I will be definitely going back, the next time I visit Nis

Perfect location. Dimitrije was very responsive and helpfull. He let us stay even after origin checkout because of delayed flight :) Only thing that maybe would somebody bother, was that walls are very thin and you can hear everything from next door ,upstairs and from the street. So take earplughs with you when you have paper ears like me :D Otherwise i can totally recoment this place !:)

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit. The apartment itself was fantastic – clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Dimitrije was a lovely host and very helpful. The location is very central in Niš and made it easy to get around. The on-site parking was a winner for us, and so valuable in the Center of the city. The apartment was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay again.
