Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Lage, Sauberkeit und Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung! Maurizio ist sehr höflich, immer erreichbar und ein sehr nettes Mensch! Wir überlegen uns jetzt schon, diesen Ort nochmals zu besuchen! Vielen Dank für alles!

The flat is in a lovely location and Maurizio was very responsive. It’s very close to the beach, private and quiet. The flat was fairly clean but I would invest on a bit of maintenance given the daily cost (i.e. yellow marks in the showers, old duvets, kitchen cupboard panel broken). A bit of smell of mold but there was a dehumidifier in the house and when keeping the windows open, the smell was going away. Overall we would come back - just a bit overpriced

We have 8 years experience in Moneglia. We enjoyed our stay. We hesitated between 3 and 4 stars and decided for 3 even if it's really good construction quality vs average in the area and the location close to the center. Paola has been so nice to let us check in earlier! However, we must say that this was almost 1000 EUR for 5 nights - tbh a crazy price for what you get vs other solutions in Moneglia. You might argue we decided to go for it in the first place and you aren't wrong, but we expected a bit more furniture quality and amenities for that price. The apartment is also quite dark during the day and it's slightly below the road level so using the garden isn't great: people walking by can look inside from above, and you smell the car fumes. If you suffer from light sleep you will also be bothered by the train noise. Lots of IKEA stuff and a lot of kitchenware needs a through refresh. A good apartment overall, good comms, but really overpriced vs other options for what it is.

Perfect Place, very short Distance to the Beach, the village and the train station. We fully recommend this Apartement!
