A great spot if you’re seeing something at Roger’s centre. Good location to be able to walk to various neighbourhoods.

Eugene's place is right in the core of the city, perfect location to walk everywhere or take a 5 min cab. love staying in this location when I visit Vancouver. 2 bedroom and 2 washrooms is plenty of room. Also keep in mind, there is city noise all the time and its expected in this location. The cleanliness of the place can be better which is just attention to detail by the cleaner. a few minor updates to the kitchen items are needed Overall, with a minor changes, I would choose to stay at Eugene's place again as the location and space is good.

Nice place in the heart of the city. And a good price point for 2 -2. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Also had pretty high clearance in the parking garage which I was worried about because we were in a full size truck.

Pros: location, free garage parking, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lots of space for our family of four Cons: -The check in was a little tricky/time consuming. You had to go up to the room first to get the key before parking in the garage. And the front office/entry was difficult to find (look for red “128 W Cordova”). -The listing mentioned a hot tub but the hot tub is not available for AirBnB guests -The night noise was a lot. (We were expecting this, as it’s right in the city.)
