I had one of the best stays,since I joined Airbnb. I love love the apartment, beautiful view was given as promised,internet very fast nd reliable,nice hot showers,....amazing pillows ever....I slept like a baby.security was on point.will definitely consider again if I come back to my most favorite city Nairobi thank you Stella and the team

Lovely and spacious apartment . The level of cleanliness was not great when we arrived. No cleaning was done during our 7 days. Towels and sheets were not changed. We had asked several times at reception and they told us it would be done the next day. But nothing... As for the staff, the young woman who was in the reception during the day was unable to give us any information about the opening hours of the pool and gym. No empathy on the part of the reception staff. You need an 8-digit code to open the apartment. This was sent via Whtsp. After a long day of activities, our phone was discharged, so we had no way of accessing our code. When we arrived at the establishment, we went to the reception desk to get the code or a way to access the apartment again, but the woman informed us that she didn't know how to help us and that we had to contact the Whtsp numbers that had sent us the code...How could we do this, given that our phone was out of charge? She didn't try to help!

I spent a week here for work at Kenyatta Hospital and this apartment was a perfect location for that - easily walkable. It was super clean, had everything I needed, and felt like home there. YourHost was very responsive and helpful. The only issues I had were that it was much to hot to sleep at night. A fan would have been helpful. Also, the water dispenser was empty. Still, it was a great stay and I’ll likely stay again when I come back!
