Our peaceful and cozy 3-bed house located near by Gravelly Hill train station (B23 7QS) with frontal and back yards for you to chill and grill… 10 mins travel to Aston Uni 20 to the city center, 25 mins to BMH Uni and 39 to BMH airport. You will have your own double room with a luxury shared bathroom not directly attached (but just at left hand by your door) with all the basic supplies, a huge hidden closet, fast WiFi, a working desk and we share shower stuff if you ever needed. 1. You will have your own cozy double bedroom with a nice view located on the first floor. The bathroom is separated but it’s clean and comfortable with both shower and tub. 2. There is a convenience store at the right corner laterally just 1 minute walk from our house… 3. The most convenient bus to take you to the city centre is No. 65 only 3 minutes walk from our house at the Slade Road. 4. The fastest buses are plenty such as X they only needed 8 minutes reach the city centre but you will have to walk in 10 minutes to take. 5. The cheapest way to the city centre is to take the train from Gravelly Hill train station directly to the New Street Station like in 10 minutes. 6. We have some hot chocolate, tea and coffee downstairs inside of the cabinet at the entrance to the kitchen…Feel free to make yourself at home… 7. If you see any fruits or snacks at the dinner table please just grab them as a small treat before you go…We are happy to share… 8. Feel free to use the kitchen we have air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, basic catering pans and dinner plates in addition of stove, oven and refrigerator. 9. Easy self check in using simple password of a key locker hanging on the right side of the brick fence just out of our gate door.
