My family and I had a fantastic stay in Sam’s apartment. I want to thank Sam for his hospitality, helpfulness, and availability. Even with the late arrival of our flight on our first night, and early morning questions about local shops, Sam was always there. The apartment is wonderful - well above the level of finishes I experienced elsewhere. It was also plenty big enough for my family of seven. The location is in a developing area on the west side of Amman so it’s not a walkable area, but it’s peaceful, quiet, and really well-located for trips to Jerash and the Dead Sea. My family and I would absolutely stay here again.

I’m not even sure how to start this review. Our GPS messed up and sent us on a wild goose chase. We were incredibly upset. We text Sam, he walked us thru the issue and set us on the right path. We finally get to the this air bnb and it is absolutely gorgeous. Brand new building, it had a wrap around porch. The kitchen is HUGE with everything in it to make whatever you need. We made lots of meals there. The beds are comfortable the showers are amazing. I text Sam several times with questions on the area , restaurants and shopping, he was so quick to answer and so helpful. I would hands down stay here everytime we come to Jordan. If you want a guide to help you around, his brother is so willing (for such a small cost,ridiculously cheap). They both are so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with , no language barriers at as since they have lived abroad. Sam and his brother are the epitome of Jordan Hospitality! Our group highly recommends staying here!

Beautiful, clean, and very spacious for a family of six adults. It is in a quiet neighborhood, a block away from the main street which has a walkable stores, a restaurant, and gas station. The home is not easily found by other drivers, but doable. It is about a 45-60 min drive away from the center of Amman due to traffic, so all of the sightseeing is a longer drive away. Amman is a city of traffic. As far as the amenities, there is not a security person on site, but the host can be called. You have to be careful of the usage of power as the power goes out due to the heating systems. Can't shower and wash clothes at the same time. Small things to think about but it can just be due to the country's constraint. The host is a also a tour guide. Make sure YOU are aware of the hours of the places you plan to visit. The host is friendly but wants to take you to his particular stores and takes the longer drive to show you places driving by. So be firm (I wasn't) to do what you want.

Staying here was absolutely worth it.. The host was incredibly helpful and proactive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended 🙏🏻
