Yves是一位十分热情且亲切的房东！她提前好多天就给我们详细说明了入住流程，是在门口左侧的便利店领取钥匙。房子唯一的缺点就是没有电梯，楼梯也比较古老会发出声音，我们搬行李的时候会害怕影响到居民。但是房子里面十分干净，有齐全的烹饪工具，而且设备都很新，感觉是新装修不久的！总而言之，非常感谢Yves把她的房子分享给我们，也感谢她能够及时回复我们和帮助我们，谢谢Yves！

Logement fidèle à l’annonce hormis l’absence de télévision. Propreté, calme, et proximité des transports, commerces et restaurants. Salle de bien exiguë mais fonctionnelle. Appartement bien équipé. Yves nous a très gentiment proposé d’avancer l’heure d’arrivée dans l’appartement pour nous arranger avec nos bagages. Merci Yves pour votre réactivité et vos conseils.

From the very start, Yves was very responsive to any questions or queries. He gave great descriptions and matching photos, so you knew exactly where the apartment was located. The apartment has a lovely little kitchen, including a hob and microwave and fridge, plenty of glasses and crockery. The apartment as described is small (the bathroom is tight on space, but all works really well). The bed is really comfortable and we slept very well. Close to the Metro, nice restaurants nearby and the shop downstairs is very convenient. The guidebook provided was very useful. If we have the chance to come back to Paris, we would hope to book with Yves again. Many thanks Kelly & Marcus
