The fourth bed is a single extendable sofa bed available on request at the time of booking. The 8th option is for a child. The sofa can accommodate three young children and also there is a travel cot for a child under 15 kg, available on request. For our little guests we also have a high chair, a royal toilet seat and a step ladder, available on request at the time of booking. And toys for all ages from Montessori toys for infants to fun family board games.

Silvia est une hôte accueillante et très généreuse. Elle nous est venu en aide, à été de bon conseil et nous à permis de passer un séjour PARFAIT !! Elle traite ces hôtes comme des princes, et ce n'est pas tous les jours que l'on croise quelqu'un de généreux comme ça ! Elle nous à réellement permis de profiter au maximum de notre séjour à Londres, et ça, ça n'a pas de prix ! Mille merci !!!

Silvia has been an outstanding host to us. She went the extra mile to ensure our expectations were correct and has been super supportive during our stay. the apartment is lovely and offers comfort, privacy and space. a great proposition.
Un magnifique séjour dans un appartement luxueux à l’image des photos dans l’annonce. Une hôte aux petits soins, un accueil digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Pleins de petites attentions, pour mes enfants et des gourmandises…. Qualité de l’appartement, rien à envier à une chambre d’hôtel tout était parfait. L’hôte nous a envoyé toutes les adresses, activités à faire pour passer un agréable séjour. Je reviendrai les yeux fermés. La gare est à 2mn à pieds de l’appartement. Autour il y a des commerces, de quoi vraiment pouvoir tout faire à pieds. Séjour avec mes enfants entre 13 et 8 ans, je comptais utiliser des Uber pour me déplacer mais avec la circulation ce n’est pas idéal. Alors qu’en transport 40mn / 30mn et vous êtes dans les lieux les plus sympas à faire et découvrir. Encore merci pour cet accueil et votre disponibilité.
How to be close to the city centre without paying the city centre price! We stayed before in the city centre so this time travelling with my little one, we really wanted a quieter place without bumping into people on the pavement - it was ideal. Being so close to the station and 15-30 mins to the centre was very convenient. Silvia was so kind and helpful. Initially we booked and forgot to mention my little girl, but on arrival when she saw our girl she quickly arranged a travel cot, a high chair, toilet seat and even plates and toys for my girl. Such a kind person, thank you! We were so happy in your place. We will be back!

Thanks to Elizabeth line, the flat is only 15 mins away to Central London (to Liverpool street station), 20mins to Tottenham Court Road, 22mins to Bond Street, 20mins to London Bridge, 8 mins to Canary Wharf, 4mins to London Excel
Welcome to the “one of the best places to live in 2023” (Sunday Times) - Royal Arsenal Riverside (RAR) development.
RAR is a beautiful development by the Thames. Enjoy a walk by the river , watch the colourful fountain at 9pm onwards (times differ in the summer), go back in time by reading about the history of the place, including the birth place of Arsenal football club and see the preserved Grade 2 listed buildings around, finish with a drink in the historical Dial Arch pub or you can even visit the Burnt City performance in the Woolwich Works on site. Finish with a sunset view by the river or from the comfort of the balcony.
Generally speaking, it is easier to go around by trains as the development is one of the best connected neighbourhoods of London with Elizabeth line and Uber boat pier on site, over 10 bus routes in front of and DLR and National rail across the road. Stations around:

- DLR Woolwich station 4mins away
- National rail train Woolwich station 4 mins away
- Uber boat Royal Arsenal pier 6mins away
- bus stop - 20 seconds away away
- pay and display car park (Cannon street car park)
- public car park underground with direct access to the building. It’s free for 30 mins, perfect to offload, £1.1/hr thereafter or £10.8/day.
- Free on street parking on and around Erebus drive, 8-10 mins walk along the river.
- ZipCar cars parking (hourly car rental) are also 2 mins away if you would like to rent a car.

- London City airport - direct - 5 mins journey , 2 stops on DLR to Woolwich Arsenal
- Heathrow airport - direct train on Elizabeth line - 54mins journey to Woolwich.
- Gatwick airport - 1 change, 70mins. Train to Farmington, switch to Elizabeth line to Woolwich.
- Luton airport - 2 changes, 80mins. Airport train to Luton airport parkway, train to Farringdon, switch to Elizabeth line to Woolwich.
- Stanstead airport - 2 changes, 80 mins. Stanstead Express to Liverpool Street, change with Elizabeth line to Woolwich.
- The trains from the airports outside London (Luton/Gatwick/Stanstead) cost around £20pp, so if 3+ people worth considering a taxi which would cost around £70.
