Avoid Belvilla. Scam. We found an apartment without bedding (no beds made, no sheets), no towels, no bath rug, no kitchen towel. No salt, no pepper. This was not someone’s home, as AirBnB says but a commercial operator. Apartment was for high price per night. Photos did not match reality. Belvilla acts like a computer bot that sends annoying and irrelevant messages. It took them a whole day to respond to urgent message that there no sheets and towels (we had to do the first night without them) - and then their email response was to call their emergency number.
