Lock off Walk out basement-Very spacious Eagle Ranch Lock off, close to all Eagle has to offer The basement is very spacious in a 5500 sq ft house. This is a master bedroom with a king bed, 5 piece master bathroom and bunk beds. Additionally there is a double bed in a space next to the living area.

This is in the lower level with the owners living upstairs. Their TV was right above one of the bedrooms and it was loud.
The place was perfect for us. It was exactly as described. Julie gave us directions and sent us pictures on how to get to the place. She asked if everything was ok after we arrived and after we left. The place was very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this place.
The state was amzing highly recommend this places will be back.

Julie was an amazing host! We felt right at home with more than imagined. Julie also gave us great insight into the area, which supported a great trip. Property is very spacious and quiet.

Located in Eagle Ranch , where you're 1 mile from the town's outdoor ice skating rinks and a mile from shopping and dining in old Town Eagle or in the heart of Eagle Ranch. The Eagle Ranch club house is also very close if you enjoy golfing.
We are also steps away from great mountain biking. Abrams Gulch and Love Connection trails.
This 2 bedroom home is 20 minutes from the base of Arrowhead, 25 minutes from Beaver Creek and 35 minutes from Vail.
The space
Our home is 5500 sq ft. We live on the main floor of the house and we are renting out the 2 bedroom , 2 bath walk out basement. The entrance is on the left side of the house and entrance is on the patio.
