Nelia fits the super host description to a T. She is very easy to communicate with, along with her property manager Tata. The property is close to everything from public market to banks and restaurants. I will definitely stay with her property the next I visit Imus,Cavite. Thank you Nelia for hosting us.

Building was built in 2014 by the owners who spend half time in the Philippines. Very clean and gated property. The suite is a corner suite so it is easily accessible. Free parking is available on the street. The apartment building is close to Aguinaldo highway making it very easy to head out on different adventures. There are many amenities within walking distance. There are three shopping malls, Imus city wet market, banks, many restaurants, and laundromats making it a very convenient spot.
Getting around is very easy because there are many sidecars and tricycles on the ready to zip you to where you need to go. As well, taxis and ride sharing companies are all very familiar with the area. As mentioned, the suite is next to Aguinaldo highway making it easy to hop on a jeep or bus.
