The host was very communicative and had a welcoming sign on my door! I had a nice and quiet stay, the room was clean and comfortable.

Brandy and Nicole were great hosts and the room and apartment are comfortable (especially the bed) and attractive. The neighborhood is very pleasant (the house faces onto a small park) and near to a lot of things, both in downtown Boston and Jamaica Plain, though not super close to public transit.

This is a really nice place to stay and Brandy is a very gracious host. She even put a sign on my door with my name to welcome me. The room and overall space is clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I also found it a convenient location to walk to the Orange line, maybe a 15 minute walk to Jackson Square station. The area features many nice Victorian style homes. There are some dining and grocery options in walking distance as well. I walked for a couple good meals, to get groceries, and went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. There’s a really nice park across the street from Brandy’s place that features some large rock formations. The only downside is the amount of litter that is everywhere you look about the entire neighborhood. I’m pro-environment and this saddens me. By no means is this a critique of this property but simply being honest of the community. Thank you so much Brandy for a fantastic place to stay for my Boston Marathon visit.

It was a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and very beautiful and well worth it, even though we didn’t use the rooftop patio because of the crazy Boston weather. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and the room itself was much bigger than I was expected. The bathroom was very clean and the amenities provided (body wash, shampoo, etc.) smelled so good. I would recommend Brandy’s place to everyone!
