Great location and host was very responsive. The place was great and the rooms had a good amount of space with large closets. My only complaints is the backyard is not well maintained and about half the blinds were missing for the back slider. The sliders were also old and hard to lock after opening and the screen door kept coming off the track. Otherwise all the amenities are there and having a washer/dryer available was amazing. Plenty of space on the driveway to park and load and unload.

The stay was perfect, location was quiet, nice, clean and plenty of parking on the street in addition to the driveway reserved spot. Rented the space as I was in the area for a wedding for the weekend. Everything was clean and nice, they provided us with plenty of towels, paper towels, they also provided coffee for us to use as well. The beds were amazing, very big, spacious, firm but still soft. Had the best sleep! I forgot two dresses in the closet and they were so kind enough to let me know and offer to mail them to me at my location.

Such a cute Air B&B! We did not need to cook while we we were there, but the kitchen was well stocked. Both bedrooms are adorable - simple, clean and huge closets. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Location is perfect- easy and walkable to downtown Encinitas. We traveled to Coronado, San Marcos, La Jolla, and a few other places for work and it was so easy to get everywhere from this Air B&B.
