Also 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and 1 full bathroom on a single floor. Lovely outdoor furnished patio with propane BBQ grill. Beautiful Sakonnet River views. ( basement is closed at this time but renovations are planned in the future to add more living space. )

That was an amazing experience. The place and the view are perfect.
We had a blast during our stay! The property is super charming, and saying goodbye was tough. The views of the water from pretty much every room were absolutely stunning! The kitchen with its modern appliances was a real winner for us cooking enthusiasts—had almost everything we needed. We also found it convenient that we could stream music through the speakers in the living room and on the patio. Beds? Crazy comfy! Only reason to get up early was catching the breathtaking sunrise over the lake. Our favorite activity was sipping tea on the deck, bird-watching heaven!

Portsmouth is in Newport County and is one of the best places to live in Rhode Island. Living in Portsmouth offers residents a sparse suburban feel and most residents own their homes. There are water views from most of the Island Park neighborhood.
