Basic cleanliness was good but the tvs and upstairs balconies were unusable. The water was yellow and stank especially the orange and yellow stained showers and toilets. the filtered water system that was there was also broken. We resorted to bathing and drinking store bought water. some of the beds were missing cover sheets and we resorted to lying on the bare mattress. there were also no cleaning supplies. Overall communication with company was good as they were supportive and tried to be as helpful as possible but the owners failed to reach out to resolve issues.

Great views of the beach, in a nice quiet part of Surfside. Very easy check in and very responsive when a few minor issues arose. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location posted in the listing is 4 miles off, no gate code given in instructions. Was stranded at midnight to find the place. Listed as place for 19 people, not enough kitchen utensils and plates etc for enough people. Beautiful house but used cheap stuff inside.

Wonderful location. It was difficult getting over dunes from the house for children and older people. It would be nice to extend the boardwalk over the dunes. The space in the house was perfect and everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The property did not have outside cans for trash so trash from the previous renters was strewn all aver the yard by the birds. Called management for a can and clean up but no one ever came. We cleaned it up along with a neighbor down the street. A house that hold that many people needs several cans. Overall, it’s a good rental for large groups with plenty of space for everyone.
