Nice apartment. Well-appointed, and provided with enough supplies for the 40 days we rented. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Huge waking closet. The place is quite new and fresh. For one person is comfortable enough. For two is a little tight since there is not much furniture but a love seat and two stools. If you need to work from the place, you will need to work from the coworking area, unless you want to work from the kitchen island. The building itself has very nice amenities. Internet works well and TV stream services were setup. To rent the place you need to pay and pass a background check (I didn't see that as part of the place description). You will be basically signing a lease contract. Maybe this is not for every stay, but because we were over 30 days, but I am only guessing. I would recommend Kasey's place and appreciate the level of attention put to the place and her friendly communication.
