This 3 BR, 1BA 1000 sq. ft. home with central air and heat (heat pump) is full of antiques and charm. It boosts a full kitchen with all the essentials, seating for 6, a Kurig coffee station, and more. A bath/shower combination, outside dining and relaxing in a large backyard with a gazebo overlooking the mountains and a fence for the pups. Only 37 minutes to Boone NC BlackDog Farmhouse is at the very end of the road. Three sides of the half acre property have cows as neighbors. It's a very peaceful location. Only 5 minutes to Downtown Mountain City, and 35 minutes to Boone. On the far back corner of the property is my she shed, I stay there with my dogs. I also have a separate fenced area, but my dogs are inside most of the time. When I have guests on the property I try to stay in the She Shed and out of the way for the entire stay.
