The apartment is located in a great and secure neighborhood with a security guard at the entrance. Conveniently located within walking distance of a local restaurant, grocery store, and gym, it's ideal for extended stays. However, I can't give it a perfect rating as there were a few minor inconveniences. While the apartment is well-equipped, it lacked some essential supplies such as sufficient trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. This meant having to make an extra trip to the nearby grocery store to stock up on necessities. Also, the presence of numerous plants on the balcony attracted pigeons that laid eggs and left a significant amount of feces on the balcony. This made it challenging to fully enjoy the outdoor space. The host was responsive and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. In conclusion, while there are some shopping needs to be aware of, I would still consider staying here again due to its overall appeal and convenience.
