If staying in the winter months pipes froze in house. leaving us unable to flush toilets and take showers, washing hands and use water normally. This is not the house we stayed at, morning of reservation we were notified this house had a leak and water going down a bedroom wall, our choices were to go to another house they managed or cancel. this was a trip of 4 couples for my husband's birthday weekend. If you have ever coordinated a trip for 4 couples, you realize you can't just reschedule something like this. so we moved houses which turned out to end our trip early due to water issues. We had contact with them all the way till Sunday am in which I stopped getting responses, until after we left. I was trying to see if I should turn down heat/ turn off space heater brought in by them during our stay to help unfreeze pipes. Just beware of staying during winter month's. Also ice maker needs to be cleaned as it had mildew in it. Also suggest to bring your own pillows.

We would like to thank Lisa for decorating for Christmas for our granddaughters. She made it special for them with little crafts to do. There is a good chance we will book again next Christmas.

Great location. Quiet cabin. Easy to get to the trails. Host very quick to respond to any questions we had. Side by side great bonus too.
