I am your host Aparna. I co-host multiple guest suites and studio apartments at Yash Lok, along with my mother Usha Rani. We pride ourselves in providing our guests private, central, secure, clean accommodation with basic amenities at affordable prices. Located steps away from Noida center and a mere 3kms from DND Flyover (which connects Noida to New Delhi), Yash Lok has 3 levels. This listing is for a spacious, elegantly furnished, couple-friendly, guest suite (Suite 5) with complete privacy. Located on the 1st floor of the building, the suite has a private independent entrance (guests do not have to pass through another house to enter it), an attached private bath and balcony. There is complimentary daily maid and sweeper service (fixed hours). Laundry service is available for a fee (per-piece basis). While we do not have any flexibility for early check-in or late check-out, once guests have checked in there are no timing restrictions for coming in/out of the building. Please Note: (1) There is NO Elevator nor full-time staff--guests need to carry their own luggage up the stairs. (2) There is NO kitchen or facility for preparing, heating or storing food (no refrigerator, microwave or burner) and we do not provide food. Yash Lok sits on a corner lot, flooded with natural light & excellent ventilation. There is plenty of free, secure parking onsite--both on the driveway as well as outside the gate. The security guards for sector 19, block A have their kiosk right outside the building and man it 24X7. The sector 18 metro station is 650 meters away. We also usually have auto rickshaws, cycle rickshaws and cabs parked outside the building. Yash Lok lies in the heart of the bustling sector 18-19 area of Noida. Everything from grocery stores & fruit/vegetable vendors to restaurants, malls, hospitals, banks, theaters etc are easily walkable (within a range of 200 meters to 2 kilometers). Please refer to the slide titled 'Distances' in pictures, for specific distances within Noida and to Delhi. Level-setting Expectations: As an avid world traveler, I am well aware of the value of finding a ‘good place to stay, at the right price’. When choosing accommodation, I focus on the following parameters: Central accessible location; Clean; Safe (even for a woman traveling alone); Private (independent access, non-intrusive hosts); Honest, transparent communication; Affordable. At Yash Lok we try to deliver on these same priorities. For the very expensive NCR area, our prices are significantly below market. - Our ‘no-frills’ policy — AirBnbs have a wide range, from budget to high-end luxury, & are priced accordingly. For us, delivering on our promise while keeping our studios as affordable as possible, is a top priority. We provide essential amenities (refer to slide titled ‘Suite 5 Amenities’ in pictures) needed to make the travel experience comfortable, & avoid any ‘frills’ that will force us to increase the nightly room rate (e.g. NO entertainment options — TV, gaming consoles; NO washing machines/dryers, microwaves etc). - Our 5-star ratings — Most guests have graciously rated us 5 star; not because we are a hotel or luxury BnB or are perfect, but because we work very hard to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. A significant number of guests return and/or extend their stay. A 5-star rating simply means “We had a good experience especially considering the price we paid, and we would be happy to return/extend our stay”. In the Airbnb rating system 4 star (or below) ratings can very quickly shut down small BnBs. Anytime a guest rates us a 4, we assume they will not return. No place is perfect for every guest. Guest satisfaction is a function of fit. I have included close to 50 pictures along with slides with a lot of details so guests know exactly what to expect (both good and bad) prior to booking.
