Host was a good communicator, and stay was as-advertised. Good, quiet, and private area a stones-throw from the park as well as food.
chair leg broken, AC was not working correctly (it was super hot at night time), both screen doors are broken and they could not lock at all. Other than that, kitchen was fully equipped and rooms were true to the pictures and we had a great stay other than the flaws overall.
