The room looks just like the photos and the view from the room was beautiful. The only problem was the staff was nice but very disorganized. Room was not ready at the check in time. Lady at check in desk was all over the place. Was told I would get a call when my room was ready and I did not. Had to walk up to desk 3 times to ask when I could get into my room. Was told they had no extra blankets due to them waiting on a truck but they also had no idea when it would be there. The only thing that made the place nice was the fact it was beach front .
Slight delay getting checked in, but this time (as opposed to a previous experience at this building) it was relatively timely and the room was clean and prepared, with fresh sheets, blankets, and toiletries. Had an issue with a key card but friendly service from the housekeeping staff who assisted me. Great location right on the beach, and enjoyed preparing my own food in the kitchen. Relaxing and enjoyable stay.
