As part of covid-19 hygiene control, bath towels are no longer provided. Guests are advised to bring their own cleaning supplies also. . For BBQ, We will only provide BBQ grill, guests will need to bring their own BBQ accessories. •Feel free to use the kitchen, please clean up all kitchenware and utensils after used •Smoking strictly not allowed indoors •Shoes not allowed indoors. •Please keep our home secure and lock doors & windows when leaving the home •No pets allowed •Please feel comfortable and treat it as your own home for the duration of your stay •Please take extra precaution in using staircase •Please keep voice down after 10:00pm •Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. Please contact our team, to arrange a late checkout (subject to availability). If no prior arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to charge a late checkout fees on failure to check out the room(s) on expiry. The management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied. •If you use the remote controller for the auto gate, please drop the remote controller into the mail box or place into its original place when you check out. If you lose the remote controller, RM50.00 will be charged. •Money, jewels and other valuables are brought to Viera Villa at the guest’s sole risk.
